Canopy Walk

After about 15 minutes riding on the longboat, we reached a spot by the riverbank where the real hard work would began. From there we walked up along a slippery jungle track, climbing slowly up the hill until we reached a point where wooden steps have been built to help the climb. From there on, the guide mentioned it would a mega climb - a total of 630 steps to climb. Wow!

Once we reached the top, it was an appropriate moment to recover our breath, took a good break before ascending the tall scaffolding structure to experience a canopy view from top of the trees. This time it was something like another 150 steps to climb. Once at the top, it was quite scary as the structure felt to be swaying a bit. Nonetheless the view was amazing.

It was good to see the kids took the challenge and enjoyed the whole experience.
